New Lawns & Bare Patches

Rate:

Spread 1 in. across the planting area. Till it into the top 4-6 in. of soil. After seeding, fertilizing, and watering lightly, carefully spread a 1⁄2 in. top dressing.

Existing Lawns

Rate:

Rake on a 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 in. top dressing across lawn.

Flower Beds and Vegetable Gardens

Rate:

Spread 1⁄2 - 1 in. across the bed surface. Till or dig into top 4-6 in. of soil.
