“We are a beach community with extremely sandy soils and have always had issues keeping enough nutrients to help the plants and vegetation stay lush. As a business owner, I’m always looking into ways I can better serve my customers. My Mirimichi Green rep and I went over the various products and I was excited to try the CarbonizPN Soil Enhancer product. The 4 yards compost per 1,000 sqft is the way of the dinosaur. We are currently using 8 40lb. bags of CarbonizPN for every 1,000 sqft. I can pick it up in a car and deliver it vs an F-250 and a 14′ trailer. We can spread it in about 5-10 min and away we go. Not only am I saving time (drive time, load time, spread time, and multiple trips time) we are saving money because time is money. What’s most important is the not the time saved but the added value of the product for my customers. The Mirimichi Green product does wonders for the soil, something that compost alone can’t. The microbiology is great and the grass we have been installing is amazing. We have also started using it in all of our plantings. We have added the Nutri-Kelp and the Tree & Shrub liquid fertilizers to plantings as well.

2. Use the aerator to punch holes in the soil, allowing essential elements like air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass`s root system. This helps to eliminate compaction and thatch build up in the soil and the roots to grow stronger and deeper.
3. Aerate in a crisscross manner to ensure an even distribution of holes.
4. Post-aeration, apply a layer of CarbonizPN Soil Enhancer across the lawn to aid in moisture and nutrient retention in the soil. This will also help seed germination and grow-in for patchy spots.
