Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong distributor and end-user relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to customers. This position requires a results-driven individual with experience in the green industry, including turf management, landscaping, or distribution sales.

The Regional Sales Manager will gain traction in the following industries by working with specifiers and designers in golf, sports fields, landscapes, municipalities, erosion control, solar, and DOT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry professionals.
  • Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage and drive the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Represent Mirimichi Green at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the green industry, turf management, or distribution sector.
  • Strong knowledge of soil amendments, fertilizers, and turf care products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite (preferred).
